This is a range, not a bill. Today's payment is your first month at the low end of the range. Your exact monthly number is confirmed in writing after a short look at your actual books in week one, any difference is settled on the next invoice, and nothing changes without a conversation first. Onboarding and historical cleanup ($2,500 to $7,500) is scoped during week one and billed separately, never bundled into month one.
